CMP.No.21146 of 2018 in CMA.Sr.No.27688 of 2018 VMVJ This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 227 days in re-presenting the above appeal.

2. Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 227 days is condoned, on payment of Cost of Rs.500/-(Five Hundred Only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will pay the cost today itself.

4. Registry is directed to number the CMP filed to condone the delay in paying the deficit court fee and list the matter on 04.12.2018.
