ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner sought production of his wife and minor child viz., Dhivya, aged 28 years and Sachin, aged 2 years.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned counsel for detenue as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2.

3. The detenue has been produced by the second respondent. She informs of having returned to the parental home along with the minor child on her own volition as she had suffered much at the hands of the petitioner/husband.

4. Leaving it open to the petitioner to workout his remedies, if any, before appropriat forum, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
