PRAYER:

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records and quashing the impugned order dated 27.02.2018 of the 1st respondent vide RC.No.Estt.II (3)/44/3351/2018 holding that the petitioner's probation period could be completed only on completion of "V&AC" case and consequently direct the respondents 1 & 3 to grant Probation Completion Certificate to the petitioner with effect from 17.04.2009 par with his batch mates within time frame together with all attendant benefits.

By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Probation Completion Certificate has already been issued to the petitioner.
