This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners in the name of enquiry.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. It is also seen that the petitioners have been called only after issue of the summons. In the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to conduct an enquiry and take further action in accordance with law.
