ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's child baby Nithyasri, aged about 3 years, daughter of Manikandan forthwith before this Court, the present habeas

corpus petition has been filed.

2.Though the matter is pending for four years, there is no substantial progress made. Even in the investigation, there is a road block in conducting the DNA test.

3.In such view of the matter, we deem it appropriate to transfer the investigation from the file of the first respondent to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Anti Child Trafficking Unit, Thousand Lights, Chennai. The Deputy Commissioner of Police is directed to entrust the transferred case to the Inspector of his choice.

4.Accordingly, the FIR registered in Cr.No.1073 of 2015 stands transferred to the file of Inspector of Police, Anti Child Trafficking Unit, Thousand Lights, Chennai. 5.With the abovesaid direction, this habeas corpus petition stands disposed of.
