ORDER
It is seen from the docket orders that on 09.12.2020, both counsel were absent and this Court directed the Registry to list the case on 06.01.2020. Even on the last occasion on 06.01.2021, none appeared for the petitioner and this matter was directed to be listed once again on 11.01.2021. 2.Even today (ie., 11.01.2021), when the matter is called, there was no representation for the petitioner as well as the respondent. It shows that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case. Therefore, this Court is inclined to dismiss the Civil Revision Petition for default. 3.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
