This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and decreetal order 20.06.2016 made in I.A.No.24 of 2015 in O.S.No.159 of 2014 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee.

2. When the matter was listed "for admission" on 21.12.2018, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was adjourned to 1/3

08.01.2019. The matter is listed today i.e., 21.06.2021, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, it clearly shows that the learned counsel for the petitioner has no interest in proceeding with the case further. Further, the Civil Revision Petition is pending for the past three years, without even admitting the same or ordering notice. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
