This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the directions issued by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11452 of 2017, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 21.08.2017.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired and closed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the Contempt petition stands closed with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the closure report in accordance with law.
