O R D E R

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.110 of 2010 from the file of 3rd Respondent to 2ndRespondent or any other investigating agency.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the complaint was filed in the year 2010, till date the investigation has not been completed and the accused persons have not been secured by the law enforcing agency. Hence he prays for transfer of case from the file of 3rd Respondent to 2ndRespondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation would be completed within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the Court, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Cr.No.110 of 2010, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above observation.
