This petition is filed to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 28.11.2017 in Crl.O.P.No.25844 of 2017.

2. Pursuant to the statutory notice dated 05.10.2018 and bailable warrant dated 08.03.2019, the respondent herein viz., Mr.Thangaraj, the Inspector of Police, Sulur Police Station, Coimbatore District is personally present before this Court today.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate on instructions, submitted that the complaint has been registered in FIR.No.94 of 2019.
