Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition directing the petitioners appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am until further orders made in Crl.OP.No.22272 of 2018 by its order dt.26.9.2018 in Cr.No.576 of 2018 on the file of the respondent pending investigation.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SELVARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This application is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22272 of 2018, dated 26.09.2018.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
