PARTHIBAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.15942 of 2018 IN CRL RC.1372/2018 ANDAPPAN, [ PETITIONER/APPELLANT/ACCUSED] Vs M.KOTHANDAPANI, [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Criminal RC.No.1372 OF 2015 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence and released on bail passed in C.A.No.57 of 2016 on 05.09.2018 by the file of the Learned Addl. Dist. Judge, (Fast Track Court, Villupuram District confirming the order of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Villupuram, made in C.C.No.50 of 2011 dated 28.11.2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.RC.No.1372 of 2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SARAVANAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The sentence passed against the petitioner in C.C.No.50 of 2011 dated 28.11.2016, by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Villupuram, and confirmed by the learned Addl. District Judge, (Fast Track Court), Villupuram District in C.A.No.57 of 2016 on 05.09.2018, be suspended on condition that the petitioner shall deposit 50% of the amount as ordered by the Trial Court, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that already Rs.20,000/- had been deposited in the Appellate Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Therefore, the above said amount deposited in the Appellate Court, shall be given credit of while making the present deposit.
