ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order and decreetal order dated 21.08.2018 passed in A.S.No.Nill of 2018 on the file of the Learned Principal District Judge, Vellore. 2.The Civil Revision Petition was posted for admission on 07.12.2018. On that date, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned to 11.12.2018. Today, when the matter is listed under the cation for "adjourned admission", the learned counsel for the petitioner sought adjournment. It appears that the learned counsel for the petitioner has no interest in proceeding with the case further and the present civil revision petition is pending for the past three years without even admitting the same or ordering notice to the respondents.

3. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain the civil revision petition. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready and willing to pay the court fees as required in the appeal suit. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
