All these writ petitions are disposed of by way of this common order in view of the common grievance of the petitioners. 2.The prayer sought for is for earlier adjudication with respect to the appeals filed on 02.10.2017 pending before the third respondent.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for and taking note of the pendency of the appeals for quite some time, we deem it appropriate to direct the third respondent to consider the appeals filed by the petitioners dated 02.10.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to them.

4.With the above direction, these writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
