klt 2.Today, when the matter is called, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. The very same state of affairs continues till date. This shows that the petitioner as well as respondent are not interested to prosecute this case and this Court has no other option except to dismiss the petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
