PRAYER: Habeas Corpus petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to directing the respondents herein to produce petitioner's daughter namely Ms.Ramya, D/o. Enbasekar, aged 25 years, before this Hon'ble Court and set her at liberty forthwith.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the mother of the detenue, namely, Ramya, D/o. Enbasekar, aged 25 years, sought production of her daughter.
2.Heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for first respondent. 3.The detenue has been produced by the first respondent. Second respondent is also present before this Court. Both second respondent and the detenue have entered upon marriage. The detenue informs of being in the company of her husband/second respondent.

4. We have no reason to doubt the proceedings informed by the first respondent and the statements recorded from the petitioner, the detenue as also the second respondent, which informs the petitioner's knowledge of the developments.
5. In the circumstance, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
