ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL,J.) The Petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition for Certiorarified Mandamus, seeking to quash the return made by the second respondent vide File Nos.5815 to 5817 /2018 dated
08.10.2018 and consequently, direct the Respondents to grant Higher Start of Pay to the Petitioners in the light of the Government Letter bearing No.16115/CMPC/2018-1 Finance (CMPC) Department, dated 25.05.2018, with all monetary emoluments forthwith.
2.Heard the Learned Counsel for the Petitioners and the Learned Counsel for the Respondents 1 to 3.
3.The Learned Counsel for the Petitioners has made an endorsement in the Writ Petition to that effect that "the Petitioners may be permitted to resubmit the return with detailed explanation and their grievances may be considered". 4.Recording the aforesaid facts and the endorsement so made by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioners, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. However, this Court grants liberty to the Petitioners to resubmit the return made by the Second Respondent/Learned Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri dated 08.10.2018 with their detailed explanations in the subject matter in issue.
Upon submission of the Petitioners' explanations, the Second Respondent is directed to pass necessary speaking reasoned final order, on merits, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in qualitative and quantitative terms, by meeting out all the Factual and Legal pleas raised by the Petitioners therein. In the event of the Petitioners' praying for an opportunity of personal hearing, then, the Second Respondent/Learned Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri is directed to permit them to hear their grievances/views in the subject matter in issue and take a final call within the time adumbrated by this Court.
