[Order of the Court by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the father of the detenue namely, Divya, has filed this petition seeking a direction to respondent to cause production of the detenue.

2. No representation for the petitioner, though the matter has been passed over and called for the second time at 12.00 noon.

3. The detenue as also one Karthick are produced. The detenue informs that both of them have taken up residence at the house of the sister of the said Karthick at Ponniyamman Kovil Street, Kandigai. making arrangements to conduct marriage with another, she had left the parental home.
