PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to directing the respondents forthwith not to harass by interfering with the peaceful conduct of the petitioner's restaurant business carried out in the name and style of "THALASHA XCLUSIVE" in pursuance of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.10846 of 2014 arising out of SLP Civil No.5143 of 2014.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass by interfering with the peaceful conduct of the petitioner's restaurant business carried out in pursuance of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.10846 of 2014 arising out of SLP Civil No.5143 of 2014.
