Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.821/2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed upon the petitioner/appellant by the Sessions Judge Magalir Needhi Mandram (Fast Track Magila Court), Vellore in Spl.S.C.No.34 of 2015 by Judgement dated 18.09.2018 pending disposal of the CRL A.821/2018 [IN CRL.MP.NO.17219 OF 2018] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.821/2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.G.SENTHILKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. R.RAVICHANDRAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner under judgment dated 18.09.2018 in Spl.S.C.No.34 of 2015 on the file of the Sessions Court (Fast Track Magila Court), Vellore.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petitioner and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
