PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to receive and register Sale Deed dated 28.09.2018 executed by all the parties therein and presented by the petitioner, as mandate under Section 52 of Registration Act, 1908 within the period stipulated by this Court based on the petitioner's representation dated 28.09.2018. O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for mandamus directing the respondent to receive and register the Sale Deed dated 28.09.2018. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent refused to register the sale deed presented by the petitioner dated 28.09.2018.

2.On the other hand, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent based on instructions submitted that the petitioner has to resort to filing the application for registration through online and when such course is adopted, the petitioner's request will be considered.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at this juncture, submitted that the petitioner will make such online application before the respondent.

4. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of, by granting liberty to the petitioner to make such online application. No costs.
