O R D E R

(Order of the Court was delivered by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J.) The detenue has been produced before this Court and she would submit that she got married to one Mr.B.Rajesh/4th respondent herein and she categorically stated that she is living with him in her mother-in-law's house and the said fact is known to her mother, who has opposed the marriage. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The mark sheets of the detenue, issued by the State Board of School Examinations would show that the date of birth of the detenue as 27.12.1999 and she is a major. Since the detenue is a major and she got married to the 4th respondent, which has been stated by the detenue before this Court, this Petition is liable to be dismissed.
