Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extent the time to comply the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.21942 of 2018, order dt.10.10.2018 in Cr.No.172 of 2018 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.THIRUMOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This application is filed to grant extension of time to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21942 of 2018 dated 10.10.2018.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition: https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
