Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the respondent in Memo NO.26045/Papi(Po) 3/Ma.Po.Ka/2018 dated 30/10/2018 and to quash the same and consequently directing the Respondent to allow the petitioner to continue to work as Driver in Mandaveli Depot, Metropolitan Transport Corporation with all consequential and other attendant benefits.
