3. considering the contention of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the delay of 157 days in representing the above appeal is condoned on payment of a cost of Rs.500/-(Five Hundred Only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the petition shall stand dismised automatically, without further reference to this court.
