We have heard Mr.R.Sivaraman, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. We have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition. We are satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

4. The delay in re-presenting the appeal is condoned, subject to payment of Rs.1,500/- to the Chief Minister's Public Relief Fund, within a period of three weeks from today.

5. The petition is ordered.
