ORDER

(Order of the court was delivered by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) The petitioner has come up with this writ petition for a mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider his representation dated 02.11.2018 with regard to enrol him to practice as an Advocate in the Bar council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 02.11.2018 was subsequently considered by the 2nd respondent and he was enrolled as an Advocate by Enrol.No.738 of 2020. Hence, the learned counsel submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.In view of the submissions so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
