This petition has been filed to grant stay of execution of Judgment and Decree dated 16.08.2018 passed in O.S.No.143 of 2012 on the file of the Sessions cum Fast Track Mahila Court, Namakkal pending disposal of the above first appeal.

2.This Court by order dated 03.01.2019 has granted an order of interim stay of passing of final decree alone until further orders. It is seen from the records that the service has been complete in the appeal.
