By consent of both parties, this Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to furnish the duly stamped original award passed in Arbitration Petition No.36 of 2010 dated 13.09.2011.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 15.10.2018 to furnish the duly stamped original award passed in Arbitration Petition No.36 of 2010 dated 13.09.2011 so as to enable the petitioner to file application for setting aside the same, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the first respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Heard Mr.T.Sai Krishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the persons interested in this regard and also affording them due opportunity of personal hearing, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
