[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondent herein to produce petitioner's daughter Sindhuja, aged about 22 years, before this Court and set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.We have perused the status report. As per the direction issued, the Deputy Commissioner of Police, T.Nagar is present. 3.What transpired before us is that the detenue - Sindhuja has left on her own volition without any compulsion. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue has left along with other woman companion. She has also made a statement along with her passport details on 02.01.2019 that she did not want to be disturbed.

5. From the above, we are quite convinced that there is no illegal detention involved. Now, the petitioner knows the whereabouts of the detenue. Thus, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case.

6. In view of the above, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. However, we direct the respondent to proceed with the investigation to get the correct place in which the detenue is residing.
