ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the first respondent to transfer the petitioner's husband Arunroy, S/o. Rajpalam, Convict Prisoner No.15969 confined in Central Prison, Coimbatore to be transferred to Central Prison, Salem, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. The petitioner is the wife of the convict. A representation was made by the petitioner on 30.10.2018 seeking transfer of the convict from Central Prison, Coimbatore to Central Prison, Salem. The petitioner is also living in Dharmapuri.

3. From the records available, we could see that even the Probation Officer has made a recommendation.

4. Considering the above, we are inclined to direct the first respondent to consider the above said representation and pass appropriate orders by taking note of the report of the Probation Officer within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands disposed of.
