ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the violation and disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.20289 of 2018 dated 11.08.2018.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ has been complied with and the Society has sanctioned the
loan and the cheque will be given to the petitioner.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this contempt petition is closed, as no further adjudication is required in this petition. No costs.
