PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the third and fourth respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of inquiry and adjudicate and interfere in the Civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the fifth respondent.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the third and fourth respondents police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of inquiry and adjudicate and interfere in the Civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the fifth respondent.

2. It is seen from the records that there is a civil dispute pending between the parties and it pertains to lease agreement and payment of lease amount. The respondent police cannot interfere in the cases of this nature, since it is purely civil and admittedly there is a suit pending between the parties. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the third and fourth respondents not to interfere with the dispute and call the petitioner for enquiry and harass him.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
