ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed against the the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.14897/2016 in O.S.No.2746/2016 dated 03.01.2018 on the file of the XVI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2.The Civil Revision Petition was posted for admission on 07.12.2018. On that date, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was adjourned to 11.12.2018. Again it was listed on 04.04.2019, on that date also, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was further adjourned to 11.04.2019. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the petitioner had taken adjournments on several occasions viz., 06.06.2019, 24.06.2019, 09.07.2019, 06.08.2019 and 13.08.2019. Finally, the matter was listed today i.e. on 06.07.2021 and even today, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time. The present civil revision petition is pending for the past three years without even admitting or ordering notice to the respondents. The learned

counsel for the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the matter further.

3.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain the civil revision petition. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
