Mr.P.Gurunathan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that appeal filed by the 4th respondent under Section 80-A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 has already been disposed of by the 1st respondent on 28.12.2018 and nothing survives in the present Writ Petition. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 28.12.2018 to that effect. 2/4
