ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Declaration declaring that the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement(Tamilnadu Amendment Act 2014) Act as ultra vires to the various provisions of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

3. In view of the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
