ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order passed by the Court below rejecting the petition filed by the petitioner herein in Crl.M.P.No.20 of 2018 in M.C.No.16 of 2016.

2.When this Criminal Revision Case has been taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the maintenance case in M.C.No.16 of 2016 itself has been disposed of by the Court below. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the above, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as nothing further remains to be considered. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
