This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Learned XVI Additional Sessions cum City Civil Court, Chennai District to recall the Non Bailable Warrant dated 02.02.2017 and to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his surrender in SC No.385 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below and file an appropriate application seeking to recall the Non Bailable Warrant and the Court below shall deal with the same in accordance with law.
