PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to transfer the C.C.No.101 of 2011 from the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Pochampalli to the Judicial Magistrate Court Dharmapuri or to any other competent Court.

O R D E R
This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of the proceedings in C.C.No.101 of 2011, pending on the file of the Judicial Magiastrate Court, Pochampalli.
2.This petition has been filed on the ground that the petitioner is not keeping well with his health and is not able to be personally present before the Court during every hearing. That apart, a Non-Bailable Warrant has also been issued against the petitioner and the petitioner has already filed a petition to recall the Non-Bailable Warrant.

3.This Court is not convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit, seeking for transfer of the proceedings. It is seen that the proceedings are pending from the year 2011 onwards. In the result, this Criminal Original petition stands dismissed and the Court below is directed to complete the proceedings within a period of three months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order.
