ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J) Petitioner, who is the mother of the victim girl namely, Miss.V.Lakshmi Priya, aged 19 years, has filed this petition seeking a direction to the second respondent police to produce her daughter before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.

3. The victim girl/detenue has been produced by the second respondent along with the first respondent. The victim girl https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

informed of her marriage with the first respondent herein and she has also produced a copy of the Certificate of Registration of Marriage which reflects that marriage of the victim girl and the first respondent was solemnized on 09.11.2018 at Annai Party Hall No.21, Muthumari Chetty Street, Mannady, Chennai. Learned counsel for petitioner is present and has been informed.

4. In the said circumstances, the Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
