O R D E R
This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner.
2. The petitioner and his wife have taken loan from the defacto complainant. Suits are pending in O.S.Nos.143 and 182 of 2018, seeking for the recovery of the amount. In the meantime, the defacto complainant has given a complaint to the respondent police and the respondent police is putting pressure on the petitioner to settle the amount.
3. From the above facts, it is clear that the dispute is purely Civil in nature and the respondent police shall not interfere in this dispute. Already the suit has been filed before the Competent Civil Court and the parties will have to workout their rights before the Civil Court. 4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is petition is disposed of.
