PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that already Civil suits are pending between the parties in O.S.Nos.394 of 2018 and 500 of 2018. While so, the other party has given a complaint to the respondent police and the respondent police is calling the petitioner for an enquiry and is forcing the petitioner to handover the possession of the property.

3. It is clear from the above facts that there is already a Civil dispute pending between the parties. The respondent police cannot interfere in a matter of this nature. The respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry and he shall relegate the parties before the Competent Civil Court, where the suits are already pending.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is petition is disposed of.
