O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for direction to respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is a wife and the defacto complainant is the husband. The husband seems to have given a complaint to the 2nd respondent, as if the petitioner has not paid a sum of Rs.43 Lakhs to her husband and she has cheated him.

3. From the above facts, it is clear that the dispute is purely Civil in nature and taking into account the relationship between the parties, the police will have no role to play in this case.

4. There shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent not to interfere in this dispute and the 2nd respondent shall not harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry. It is left open to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

parties to agitate their rights before the competent Court.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
