PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records pertaining to the complaint registered in Cr.No. 42 of 2018 pending on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records pertaining to the complaint registered in Cr.No. 42 of 2018, pending on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2.There is specific allegations as against this petitioner and also the offence under sections 419, 465, 468, 471 and 420 IPC attracted as against this petitioner. It is also seen from the status report filed by the first respondent revealed that the petitioner sold the disputed land to one Mr.J.Manivelan through her Power of Attorney for a sale consideration of Rs.6,60,000/- to gain monitory benefits.

3.Therefore, this Court finds no merits in this petition and the investigation has to be gone into and as such this petition is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
