(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Motion is made for speaking to the minutes in respect of the order dated 13.03.2024 passed in these writ petitions.

2. It is submitted that Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned Senior Counsel, appeared on behalf of Ms.Sri Vidhya Aravindan, learned counsel, for respondents 5 and 6 in W.P.No.33530 of 2018 and had not appeared for the 5th respondent in W.P.No.33522 of 2018. However, the appearance has been wrongly recorded in the appearance portion as well as the first paragraph of the order, as though they appeared in both the writ petitions.

3. In the light of that, the appearance of Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned Senior Counsel for Ms.Sri Vidhya Aravindan, learned counsel, be recorded only for respondents 5 and 6 in W.P.No.33530 of 2018 and their appearance recorded for the 5th respondent in W.P.No.33522 of 2018 be deleted from the order dated 13.3.2024.

4. The Registry is directed to make necessary corrections in the order dated 13.3.2024.

Motion is disposed of accordingly.
