JUDGMENT

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the counsel on record is not present. A perusal of the records shows that the Second Appeal has not been admitted so far and there is no representation on behalf of the appellant on several occasions. The second appeal is of the year 2019 and hence, I do not find any reason to keep the appeal pending.

2. In view of the same, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
