This petition has been filed to implead the petitioner as one of the respondent in the main writ petition.

2.The claim of the impleading petitioner is that, part of the subject land, which is now sought for patta by the petitioner belongs to the present impleading petitioner, therefore, he is a necessary party to be heard in this writ petition.

3.I have heard the learned Government Counsel also and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to order this petition, accordingly, this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to carryout the amendment.
