2.Looking to the fact that the said T.A. is pending for more than ten years, we request the Debts Recovery Tribunal-III, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Chennai, to dispose of the said T.A. in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks of receipt of the order of this Court.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
