O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Dharmapuri to expedite the trial in STC No.46/2013 and to dispose of the case on merits within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The case was originally pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Dharmapuri. Subsequently, the case was transferred for trial to the Fast Track Court, Dharmapuri and further, the same was transferred to the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Pudukottai and numbered as STC.No.46/2013. Again the same was re-transferred to the Fast Track Court, Dharmapuri and it has been re-numbered as STC.No.52/2015, The petitioner is the complainant in the 138 complaint and the grievance of the petitioner is that the case is pending for more than five years.

4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the Fast Tract Court Judge, Dharmapuri, to dispose of STC.No.52/2015 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
