This petition is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. As prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the condition in my earlier order dated 10.12.2018 made in Crl.OP.No.27768 of 2018 in Paragraph No.4 of the order instead of mentioning in "S.T.C.No.51 of 2015"

it has been wrongly mentioned in "S.T.C.No.50 of 2015.

3.The Registry is directed to carry out the above said correction and issue fresh corrected copy of the order to the petitioner immediately.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Dharmapuri to expedite the trial in STC No.30/2013 and to dispose of the case on merits within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The case was originally pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pudukottai and it was numbered as STC.No.30/2013. Therefore, the case has been transferred to the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Dharmapuri and it has been re-numbered as STC.No.50/2015. The petitioner is the complainant in the 138 complaint and the grievance of the petitioner is that the case is pending for more than five years.

4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Dharmapuri to dispose of STC.No.50/2015 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
